Pattaya, Thailand, is a city defined by its stunning coastline and tropical weather, which includes intense heat and powerful seasonal storms. For a new high-rise condominium project, the client needed a window system that could provide a perfect blend of panoramic views, energy efficiency, and unrivaled protection. Our solution was the EW 109 Ultimate Storm-Resistant Casement Window.

Engineered for Tropical Storms

In a region prone to heavy winds and rain, durability is non-negotiable. The EW 109 window is specifically designed to provide all-weather protection and lasting comfort, able to withstand extreme wind loads of up to 6000Pa. Its robust 2.0mm aluminum profile and premium hardware ensure that residents are secure and comfortable, regardless of the weather outside.

Superior Insulation for Peak Comfort

The tropical climate of Pattaya means air conditioning is a necessity. The EW 109’s excellent thermal insulation is key to keeping energy costs down. The window features 30mm (5+20A+5) double-glazed glass, which acts as a barrier against intense heat and sunlight. This design significantly reduces the workload on air conditioning units, helping residents save money while maintaining a consistently cool and comfortable indoor environment.

Maximized Ventilation and Views

As an outward casement and awning window, the EW 109 offers flexible ventilation. It can be opened to catch the sea breeze, providing fresh air without compromising on privacy. This functionality, combined with its high-quality glass, ensures residents can enjoy unobstructed views of the city and ocean from their homes, enhancing their living experience.
